Stasi Brothers was excited to be at the Mid Atlantic Nursery Trade Show (MANTS) this past week. We were able to see some our suppliers and their new products for 2015. Nicolock Paving Stones had a beautiful booth with their very own racecar! We were able to see Cambridge Pavers and their new colors, Redrock Blend and Montauk Blue. Very excited to lay these colors down for the new 2015 season and we already reserved the first orders. Techo Bloc had their new Borealis wood imitation pavers. You get the look of the wood decking but the strength and maintenance free qualities of the concrete pavers. You have to see it to believe it! We stocked up on all the new brochures and samples so come in and be one of the firsts to pick and install colors, designs and styles that none of your neighbors have!

We were also able to meet with our natural stone suppliers and inspect their new batch of bluestone flagging and threads. We were also looking into their new stock of natural stones such as Rainbow, Brown Wave and Teakwood. Look for our new updated display!

We are proud to be able to attend these shows, seminars and classes so we can continue to stay an industry leader and provide our customers with the most up to date information in the field. With Stasi you do most of these jobs once in a lifetime so make it count!

Just purchased a new fleet of Mitsubishi Fuso trucks from Syosset Trucks. Always maintaining and updating the fleet to better service and reliability for our clients!

One of the largest (and best!) paving stone companies, Nicolock, had their annual workshops. NICE, which stands for Nicolock Invests in Customer Education, is held in the winter every year. During this workshop they go over the latest industry updates, new products, demonstrations of new tools and a class of new install methods. Nicolock is an industry leader in Brick Pavers and we’re glad to be a premier top partner with them! They came out with 2 new industry FIRST colors, Oceanic Blue 5 and Peconic 6. These are one of the first pavers EVER made with a combination of 5 and 6 colors. Most bricks are made with 1-3 colors. Looking forward to installing and seeing these on the ground.

Similar to the World of Concrete but mostly for asphalt, we went to the World of Asphalt 2019 in Indianapolis, IN. We spent a few days hands on with all the new pavers, rollers, compacters etc. Met with the Leeboy, CAT Caterpillar and other reps and strengthened our relationship with manufacturers so if there ever are needs or emergencies they are there for us.

Purchased several new machines and equipment that will make our jobs even better (if that’s even possible!)!

World of Asphalt 2019

The Stasi Brothers team has been ready to get to the World of Concrete 2019 in Las Vegas, NV to see all the new displays, technology and materials. We went in January and saw and learned a ton of new info! We met with some of our suppliers (Husqvarna, CAT, Mack Trucks, Honeywell, Bosch just to name a few!) and took continuing education classes and seminars and were happy to bring a lot of new knowledge home and apply it to our projects.

Stasi Brothers is always innovating and learning new methods of install to make the projects better, stronger and more cost-effective to our customers!

World Of Concrete 2019

The Stasi Family was happy to be a part of the Christmas & Holiday celebrations at the North Hempstead Christmas Tree Lighting at the Yes We Can Community Center in Westbury. We are fortunate to be able to donate gifts and toys to all the children there. Thank you Viviana Russell, Judi Bosworth and the rest of the Town Board for putting this together and allowing us to help those in the Westbury neighborhood we are happy to call home for over half a century!

We have taken special precautions and steps disinfecting all tools, trucks and offices and will continue to do so and update our plans and safety as this develops. Rest assured Stasi Brothers will do everything we can to stop the spread and keep everyone informed and safe!

It seems all the perks, family vibes and wonderful treatment of our employees got us recognized. Newsday’s prestigious award takes into account many metrics and had all of our employees anonymously take a survey and rate and rank how they felt working here. Our longest serving employee has been with us over 40 years and counting and most have been with us at least 5 years. With our annual picnic, company Christmas parties and Thanksgiving Turkey Care Package we do what we can to our dedicated and wonderful employees.
